Chef Patrizia began her culinary career in Italy, working in serval hotels and restaurants including the Forays before moving to Asia in search of new inspirations and cultural experiences. She has now lived in Thailand for over four years, having taken on the role of head chef at The Garden of Flavors on Bang Tao Beach Italian Chef at the Watermark Phuket prior to joining the La Gritta team at Amari Phuket. With more than 20 years of experience, Chef Patrizia’s is now responsible for overseeing the creation of upscale dining experiences, conceptualising new dishes and interacting with our guests – sharing her concepts and background of the food, as well as introducing our dishes of the day.
