The Brittany lobster and Japanese Wagyu

Celebrate the festive month of December at La Gritta. Chef Patrizia has selected two prime products – the Brittany lobster and Japanese Wagyu – to perfectly craft five special menus, including salads, risotto, beef carpaccio, and beef with mashed potatoes to serve guests during this festive period.

Light salad with combination of Brittany lobster and Hokkaido scallop with truffle and cream reduction, garnished with black fish roe and seasonal vegetables.

Insalata di Astice, priced at 1,450 THB++             
Mixed salad with Brittany lobster, fresh orange, mango, avocado, quail eggs and fresh vegetables, served with honey and black pepper sauce.

Risotto all’Astice, priced at 1,280 THB++                                  
Creamy Brittany lobster risotto mixed with black ink sauce, offers full ink aroma and fresh lobster meat.

Carpaccio di Manzo Wagyu al Tartufo, priced at 1,580 THB++                      
Wagyu beef carpaccio, topped with truffle and almond pesto.

Bocconcini di Wagyu al Foie Gras, priced at 1,800 THB++                                            
Wagyu beef bits with foie gras, served with truffle mashed potatoes.
