La Gritta introduces five new dishes as part of the “Formaggi e Pasta” promotion, which is a special menu for cheese lovers.
Chef Patrizia has selected exclusive Italian cheeses to cook with home-made pastas, including Paccheri, Ravioli, Pappardelle, Gnocchi and Lasagne. These menus are available daily throughout October 2017.
Paccheri al cusie’ malto ed whiskey in salsa di noci, priced at 580 THB++
A tender Paccheri pasta cooked with cusie’ malt and whiskey cheese, which is a fine cheese from Piemonte in the north of Italy and is perfect with Paccheri and walnut sauce.
Ravioli di pecorino sardo con ragu’ di salsiccia, priced at 490 THB++
This is a tasty and traditional Sardinian dish. Home-made ravioli is filled with pecorino sardo cheese and potatoes, then stewed with fresh Italian sausage ragout and tomato.
Pappardelle ai funghi porcini con salsa di Toma alle castagne, priced at 580 THB++
This home-made Pappardelle is cooked with Toma cheese, to which porcini mushroom sauce and chestnut are added. Pappardelle and porcini mushrooms pair well with the Toma cheese. All ingredients come from the forest.
Gnocchi di patate al gorgonzola, priced at 490 THB++
This is one of the most popular kinds of pasta in the world. Home-made potato gnocchi are cooked with Gorgonzola cheese sauce.
Lasagna con stracchino e pesto, priced at 490 THB++
This light lasagne is recommended for vegetarians. This dish is cooked with pesto, Béchamel, mozzarella, parmesan and stracchino cheese.
