La Gritta is launching “Sound of the Sea” as a special promotion in August, available daily with five speciality dishes crafted by Chef Patrizia, whose inspiration is to serve the freshest seafood selected from popular regions around the world. Enjoy the satisfying flavours from the ocean including oysters from Normandy; caviar from France; octopus and scallops from Hokkaido, Japan; mussels from Australia; sea bass from the Andaman Sea; Alaskan king crab; and Canadian lobster.
